BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS: 21

SECTION 1. Arkansas Code ยง 4 -35-204, concerning the board of directors 23
of a public water authority, is amended to add an additional subsection to 24
read as follows: 25
(i)(1)(A) The board of directors of a public water authority shall 26
post contact information on the websites of the public water authority and 27
the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission that are available to the public. 28
(B) As used in subdivision (i)(1)(A) of this section, 29
"contact information" includes the name and telephone number of the member of 30
the board of directors of a public water authority. 31
(2) Any changes to the contact information for a member of the 32
board of directors of a public water authority shall be updated within ten 33
(10) business days. 34
