| 29 | 28 | | SECTION 1. Arkansas Code § 7 -6-207(a)(1)(B), concerning required 26 |
|---|
| 30 | 29 | | reports of contributions for candidates for state or district offices and 27 |

| 31 | 30 | | resulting from Initiated Act 1 of 1990, is amended to read as follows: 28 |
|---|
| 32 | 31 | | (B)(i) Beginning with the month of January of a calendar 29 |

| 33 | 32 | | year in which a candidate may be listed on any ballot for election, a monthly 30 |
|---|
| 34 | 33 | | report of all contributions received and expenditures made during that month. 31 |

| 36 | 35 | | preelection report required under subdivision (a)(1)(C) of this section or a 33 |
