| 23 | 23 | | SECTION 1. Arkansas Code Title 11, Chapter 10, Subchapter 1, is 21 |

| 26 | 26 | | (a) Upon written request by an individual whose employment records are 24 |

| 27 | 27 | | maintained by the Division of Workforce Services under this chapter, the 25 |
|---|
| 28 | 28 | | division shall make available, without charge, the individual's wage and 26 |
|---|
| 29 | 29 | | employment record to the individual or his or her representative. 27 |
|---|
| 30 | 30 | | (b)(1) At the request of an individual under subsection (a) of this 28 |
|---|
| 31 | 31 | | section, the division shall provide the electronic transmission of the 29 |
|---|
| 32 | 32 | | individual's wage and employment records, directly or through a qualified 30 |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | third-party vendor, for the purposes set forth in the Fair Credit Reporting 31 |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq., as it existed on January 1, 2025. 32 |

| 35 | 35 | | (2)(A) If the division uses a third -party vendor, the division 33 |
|---|
| 36 | 36 | | shall seek a qualified third -party vendor who conforms with the United States 34 |
