47 | 47 | | individual listed on the rental agreement or an individual who has the 7 |
---|
48 | 48 | | applicable key or code to access the leased space. 8 |

49 | 49 | | (b) An operator shall contact an occupant who has a compromised lease 9 |
---|
50 | 50 | | space by telephone, email, or regular mail within five (5) business days of 10 |
---|
51 | 51 | | the operator's actual knowledge that the occupant's leased space has been 11 |
---|
52 | 52 | | compromised. 12 |
---|
53 | 53 | | (c)(1) This section does not impose any responsibility on the operator 13 |
---|
54 | 54 | | for the care, custody, or control of the occupant’s personal property. 14 |
---|
55 | 55 | | (2) The operator does not have a duty or obligation to determine 15 |
---|
56 | 56 | | whether a leased space has been compromised. 16 |
