BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE NINETY -FIFTH GENERAL 21
ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS: 22

SECTION 1. Subsection 33.(m) of the Rules of the House of 24
Representatives of the Ninety -Fifth General Assembly, concerning the daily 25
order of business, is amended to read as follows: 26
33.(m)(1) Adjournment. 27
(2) Unless modified by the motion to adjourn, the following 28
items are permitted to continue until the close of business on the day the 29
adjournment motion is made: 30
(A) Announcements; 31
(B) Reading of bills; 32
(C) Transferring bills; 33
(D) A member amending his or her own bill; 34
(E) A member withdrawing his or her own bill; 35
(F) Placing the calendars on members' desks; 36 HR1007
