BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS: 21

SECTION 1. Arkansas Code ยง 7 -4-123(a), concerning the use of funds 23
appropriated for election expenses, is amended to add an additional 24
subdivision to read as follows: 25
(8) Election monitoring, including without limitation the 26
compensation for certified election monitors of the State Board of Election 27
Commissioners. 28
