32- SECTION 1. Arkansas Code Title 6, Chapter 60, Subchapter 1, is amended 28

34- 6-60-123. Prohibition on activities with prohibited foreign party — 30

36- (a) As used in this section, "prohibited foreign party" means the same 32
37-as defined in § 18-11-802. 33
38- (b) An institution of higher education shall not participate in the 34
39-following activities with a prohibited foreign party: 35
