327 | 309 | | Medicaid Program and must bill the Arkansas Medicaid Program for all covered 3 |

328 | 310 | | services for eligible individuals. 4 |

329 | 311 | | Services which are covered by the Arkansas State Medicaid Program, 5 |

330 | 312 | | including the Provider -Led Arkansas Shared Savings Entity (PASSE) model, will 6 |

331 | 313 | | be utilized to the maximum extent possible for any individual who is eligible 7 |

332 | 314 | | for Medicaid coverage. It is the intent of this section that DDS, as a 8 |

333 | 315 | | general policy, maximize the use of Medicaid funding available for 9 |
