906	860		this section shall have expertise or background in the subject matter in 22

908	862		(b) The duties of an investigator hired under this section shall 24
909	863		include without limitation investigation and inspection of all complaints, as 25
910	864		determined by the board, to determine whether a person has: 26
911	865		(1) Practiced his or her profession in such a way as to endanger the general 27
912	866		health and welfare of the public; or 28
913	867		(2) Otherwise violated this chapter or rules of the board. 29
914	868		(c)(1) The board shall file a report annually on or before December 1 30
915	869		with the Senate Committee on State Agencies and Governmental Affairs and the 31
916	870		House Committee on State Agencies and Governmental Affairs for the 32
917	871		committees' review. 33
