BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS: 21

SECTION 1. Arkansas Code ยง 15 -5-1110 is repealed. 23
15-5-1110. Financial report of Capital Access Fund. 24
(a) At least annually, the Arkansas Development Finance Authority 25
shall prepare a report conforming to generally accepted accounting principles 26
that describes the financial condition of the Capital Access Fund and 27
describes the results and economic impact of the Arkansas Capital Access 28
Program for Small Business and the Arkansas Credit Reserve Program. 29
(b) The reports required under this section shall be submitted to the 30
Governor and to the Legislative Council. 31
