3130 (a) A municipality, a county, or the state may enter into an agreement 28
3231 with a tribal nation having federally -recognized tribal land within the 29
3332 borders of the state for the cross deputization of law enforcement agencies. 30
3433 (b) An agreement under subsection (a) of this section may allow 31
3534 municipal, county, state law and tribal law enforcement agencies to have 32
3635 authority to enforce tribal, state, and local laws within the borders of the 33
3736 state on federally-recognized tribal land and surrounding jurisdictions. 34
