BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS: 22

SECTION 1. Arkansas Code Title 14, Chapter 56, Subchapter 1, is 24
amended to add an additional section to read as follows: 25
14-56-105. Regulation of county -owned property prohibited. 26
(a) A municipality shall not enforce municipal building or zoning 27
regulations on county property that is located within the corporate limits of 28
the municipality. 29
(b) A county owning property that is located within the corporate 30
limits of a municipality shall comply with the municipal building and zoning 31
regulations of the county. 32
