BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS: 19

SECTION 1. Arkansas Code ยง 14 -284-307(c), concerning loans for 21
purchase of vehicles and equipment for rural fire protection services, is 22
amended to read as follows: 23
(c) The loans shall be for such period as may be approved by rule of 24
the Arkansas Forestry Commission, and in no event may any loan be for more 25
than three (3) years five (5) years. 26
