BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY -FIFTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE 19
STATE OF ARKANSAS: 20

THAT during the Regular Session the: 22
(1) House of Representatives may recess for periods of four (4) 23
consecutive days or longer, by declaration of the Speaker of the House of 24
Representatives; and 25
(2) Senate may recess for periods of four (4) consecutive days 26
or longer, by declaration of the President Pro Tempore of the Senate. 27
