amending title 28, chapter 3, article 15, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 28-913; relating to vehicle safety.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Title 28, chapter 3, article 15, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 28-913, to read: START_STATUTE28-913. Placing weight on steering wheel to override vehicle safety features; automation; prohibition A person may not place a weight on the steering wheel of a motor vehicle that is equipped with level two or three driving automation with the intent to override a safety feature of the vehicle. END_STATUTE
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 28, chapter 3, article 15, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 28-913, to read:
