An Act
amending Laws 2012, chapter 213, section 2, as amended by Laws 2015, chapter 39, section 3; relating to nursing facility provider assessments.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Laws 2012, chapter 213, section 2, as amended by Laws 2015, chapter 39, section 3, is amended to read: Sec. 2. Delayed repeal Title 36, chapter 29, article 6, Arizona Revised Statutes, is repealed from and after September 30, 2023 2031.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Laws 2012, chapter 213, section 2, as amended by Laws 2015, chapter 39, section 3, is amended to read:
Sec. 2. Delayed repeal
Title 36, chapter 29, article 6, Arizona Revised Statutes, is repealed from and after September 30, 2023 2031.
