In boldfaced, clearly legible print on the outside of the envelope or prominently placed in the electronic or digital message. B. For an electronic or digital delivery, the disclosure shall be clearly readable. For a delivery by mail or by hand, the disclosure shall be displayed in a height that is at least ten percent of the vertical height of the document. END_STATUTE | |
