amending title 49, chapter 2, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 49-211; relating to water quality control.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Title 49, chapter 2, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 49-211, to read: START_STATUTE49-211. Exclusive jurisdiction; no navigable waters connection This state has exclusive jurisdiction over water features within this state that do not have a permanent surface connection with and that may CONTRIBUTE only a minor amount of surface water to navigable waters.END_STATUTE
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 49, chapter 2, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 49-211, to read:
