AN ACT

 

Appropriating monies to the Arizona health care cost containment system.

 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Appropriations; AHCCCS; incentive payments; postpartum visits The sums of $1,000,000 from the state general fund and $2,448,275 from medicaid expenditure authority are appropriated in fiscal year 2022-2023 to the Arizona health care cost containment system administration for incentive payments for increasing enrollee six-week postpartum visit rates. 

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Appropriations; AHCCCS; incentive payments; postpartum visits

The sums of $1,000,000 from the state general fund and $2,448,275 from medicaid expenditure authority are appropriated in fiscal year 2022-2023 to the Arizona health care cost containment system administration for incentive payments for increasing enrollee six-week postpartum visit rates.
