6666 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Title 15, chapter 1, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 15-113.01, to read: START_STATUTE15-113.01. Classroom reading materials; audio, video and audiovisual presentations; library offerings; posting required; review; definition A. Before the beginning of each school year, each school that is operated by a school district and each charter school shall post on its school website a descriptive link to the following separate webpages: 1. A webpage that lists all classroom reading materials that are required or recommended at the school, by grade and teacher. The webpage must specify all of the following information REGARDING each classroom reading material: (a) The title. (b) The author. (c) The publisher. (d) The copyright date. (e) WHether the classroom reading material is required or recommended. 2. A webpage that lists all audio presentations, video presentations and audiovisual presentations that are viewed or listened to in class, assigned to be viewed or listened to outside of class or recommended at the school, by grade and teacher. This paragraph does not require that the webpage list audio presentations, video presentations or audiovisual presentations that are created for a class by that class's teacher. The webpage must specify all of the following information regarding each presentation: (a) The title. (b) The author. (c) The publisher. (d) The copyright date. (e) WHether the presentation is required or recommended. 3. A webpage that includes a link that allows a user to access a list of the school's library offerings. B. A school or charter school shall: 1. update the webpages described in subsection A of this section throughout the school year if the school adds new classroom reading materials, audio presentations, video presentations, audiovisual presentations or library offerings. 2. Make Any classroom reading material, audio presentation, video presentation, audiovisual presentation or library offering included on the webpages described in subsection A of this section available to a parent, student or other member of the public for review on request. C. For the purposes of this section, "classroom reading material" includes A textbook and Any other reading material that a school requires for or recommends to students. END_STATUTE
