AN ACT

 

Amending title 36, chapter 1, article 2, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 36-149; relating to the department of health services.

 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Title 36, chapter 1, article 2, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 36-149, to read: START_STATUTE36-149. Department; COVID-19 dashboard injuries reported postvaccination; posting A. The department shall post on the department's public website's COVID-19 dashboard a syringe icon with a link entitled "vaccine injury data report" that contains publicly available national data from the vaccine adverse event reporting system regarding injuries reported postvaccination for the COVID-19 vaccines. The reported data shall include the number of reports of all the following: 1. Deaths. 2. Hospitalizations. 3. Blood clots. 4. Allergic reactions, including anaphylaxis. 5. Heart-related illnesses, including heart attacks, myocarditis and pericarditis. 6. Permanent disabilities. B. The website shall include language that states that the reports are not proof of causality. END_STATUTE 

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

A.
