63	63	Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Title 38, chapter 4, article 2, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 38-628, to read: START_STATUTE38-628. Metropolitan planning organization; council of governments; expenses; reimbursement A. Notwithstanding sections 38-623 and 38-624, any person who is covered by reimbursement under a federal transportation contract of a METROPOLITAN planning organization or council of governments shall be reimbursed for: 1. travel at the federal mileage REIMBURSEMENT rate as determined annually by the united states general services administration. 2. Lodging, meal and incidental expenses at the federal per diem REIMBURSEMENT rate as determined annually by the United States general services administration. B. All claims for reimbursement shall be accompanied by expense receipts. END_STATUTE
