Appropriation; department of administration; Navajo technical university; environmental testing laboratory The sum of $3,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2022-2023 to the department of administration to distribute to the Navajo technical university to develop and construct an environmental testing laboratory on the university campus in Chinle, Arizona. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Appropriation; department of administration; Navajo technical university; environmental testing laboratory The sum of $3,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2022-2023 to the department of administration to distribute to the Navajo technical university to develop and construct an environmental testing laboratory on the university campus in Chinle, Arizona.
