History The Center is located in Tucson, Arizona and serves more than 1.8 million people, 23,197 businesses and processes over 2.6 million pieces of mail per day. The Center serves Southern Arizona, which includes the Tohono O’odham Nation, Pasqua Yaqui tribal lands and Pima, Santa Cruz and Cochise Counties. Provisions 1. Urges the U.S. Congress to protest the proposed closing of the Center and take any necessary action to fully restore its operations. 2.
