AN ACT
amending Title 15, chapter 1, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 15-120.02; relating to school districts.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Title 15, chapter 1, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 15-120.02, to read: START_STATUTE15-120.02. School districts; membership in school board associations; tax monies; prohibition A school district may not use tax monies to pay for membership in a state school board association or a national school board association. END_STATUTE
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 15, chapter 1, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 15-120.02, to read:
START_STATUTE15-120.02. School districts; membership in school board associations; tax monies; prohibition
A school district may not use tax monies to pay for membership in a state school board association or a national school board association. END_STATUTE
