6464 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Section 32-1238, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read: START_STATUTE32-1238. Issuance of restricted permit A restricted permit may be issued by the board without examination or payment of fee for a period not to exceed one year or until June 30th 30, whichever is lesser, and shall automatically expire at that time. The board, may, in its discretion and pursuant to rules or regulations not inconsistent with this chapter, may renew such A restricted permit for periods not to exceed one year. END_STATUTE
