6464 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Title 33, chapter 4, article 3, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 33-443, to read: START_STATUTE33-443. Prohibition against property ownership; Chinese communist party The Chinese communist party and its members may not own real property in this state. A deed for any real estate conveyance in which the Chinese communist party or its members are the recipient is deemed invalid.END_STATUTE
