6666 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Repeal Title 36, chapter 6, article 4.2, Arizona Revised Statutes, is repealed. Sec. 2. Title 36, chapter 6, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding a new article 4.2, to read: ARTICLE 4.2. PUBLIC HEALTH MANDATES START_STATUTE36-681. COVID-19 vaccine; employer prohibition; definition A. Any government entity or any person doing business in this state may not require an employee to receive a vaccination for COVID-19 or any variant of COVID-19. B. For the purposes of this section, "government entity" means this state and any political subdivision of this state that receives and uses tax revenues. END_STATUTE
