6666 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Repeal Section 33-1329, Arizona Revised Statutes, is repealed. Sec. 2. Title 33, chapter 10, article 4, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 33-1368.01, to read: START_STATUTE33-1368.01. Moratorium on evictions; rent; grace period Notwithstanding any other statute or any provision in a rental agreement, for any tenant who has received relief from eviction as the result of federal law, presidential executive order or state executive order, by operation of law the tenant has a six-month grace period to pay any unpaid rent after the federal or state relief from eviction expires. END_STATUTE Sec. 3. Repeal Section 33-1416, Arizona Revised Statutes, is repealed. Sec. 4. Title 33, chapter 11, article 4, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 33-1476.06, to read: START_STATUTE33-1476.06. Moratorium on evictions; rent; grace period Notwithstanding any other statute or any provision in a rental agreement, for any tenant who has received relief from eviction as the result of federal law, presidential executive order or state executive order, by operation of law the tenant has a six-month grace period to pay any unpaid rent after the federal or state relief from eviction expires.END_STATUTE
