6464 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Section 1-304, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read: START_STATUTE1-304. Arbor day; proclamation A. The last Friday in April, in each year, shall be known as Arbor Day. B. The governor shall make proclamation of Arbor Day and recommend that it be observed in planting trees, shrubs and vines, in the promotion of forest orchard growth and culture, in the adornment of public and private grounds, places and ways and in other undertakings in harmony with the character of the day. C. Arbor Day shall is not be a legal holiday.END_STATUTE
