AN ACT
amending section 41-1102, Arizona revised statutes; relating to legislative employees.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Section 41-1102, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read: START_STATUTE41-1102. Officers and employees; appointment; legislative staff; salaries A. The officers and employees of the senate shall consist of a president, a secretary and such other employees as the senate directs. B. The officers and employees of the house of representatives shall be a speaker, a chief clerk and such other employees as the house directs. C. Pursuant to subsection a of this section, the president of the senate shall pay legislative employees of the majority and minority caucuses equally for substantially similar work. D. Pursuant to subsection b of this section, the speaker of the house of representatives shall pay legislative employees of the majority and minority caucuses equally for substantially similar work. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Section 41-1102, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read:
