AN ACT

 

amending title 12, chapter 1, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 12-119.06; relating to the supreme court.

 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Title 12, chapter 1, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 12-119.06, to read: START_STATUTE12-119.06. Attorney registry; expertise in Indian law; website A. The supreme court shall establish an attorney registry. The registry shall contain the names of attorneys with expertise in Indian law and who have practiced Indian law on an Indian reservation in this state. B. The supreme court shall publish and maintain the attorney registry on its website.END_STATUTE 

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Title 12, chapter 1, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 12-119.06, to read:

START_STATUTE12-119.06. Attorney registry; expertise in Indian law; website

A. The supreme court shall establish an attorney registry. The registry shall contain the names of attorneys with expertise in Indian law and who have practiced Indian law on an Indian reservation in this state.

B. The supreme court shall publish and maintain the attorney registry on its website.END_STATUTE
