78	78	Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Appropriation; superintendent of public instruction; free breakfasts and lunches The sum of $106,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2023-2024 to the superintendent of public instruction to provide free breakfasts and lunches to pupils in kindergarten programs and grades one through twelve in each charter school and school district.
