Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Appropriation; Arizona health innovation trust fund The sum of $200,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2023-2024 to the Arizona health innovation trust fund established by section 41-177, Arizona Revised Statutes.
