appropriating monies to the department of transportation.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Appropriation; department of transportation; Hunt Highway The sum of $32,100,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2023-2024 to the department of transportation to distribute to Pinal county for design, right-of-way and construction costs for the Hunt Highway project.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Appropriation; department of transportation; Hunt Highway
The sum of $32,100,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2023-2024 to the department of transportation to distribute to Pinal county for design, right-of-way and construction costs for the Hunt Highway project.
