An Act
appropriating monies to the Arizona health care cost containment system.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Supplemental appropriations; Arizona health care cost containment system administration In addition to any other appropriations made in fiscal year 2022-2023, the sum of $58,487,600 from the children's health insurance program fund established by section 36-2995, Arizona Revised Statutes, and $3,307,915,900 from expenditure authority are appropriated in fiscal year 2022-2023 to the Arizona health care cost containment system administration for adjustments in formula requirements.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Supplemental appropriations; Arizona health care cost containment system administration
