Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Section 36-972, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read: START_STATUTE36-972. Applicability of article This article applies to any person who displays, or sells or offers for sale at retail any bulk food. END_STATUTE
