An Act
appropriating monies to the department of transportation.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Appropriation; department of transportation; State Route 347; lapsing A. The sum of $18,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2023-2024 to the department of transportation for intersection improvements on State Route 347 at Casa Blanca Road and Cement Plant Road. B. The appropriation made in subsection A of this section does not lapse until the purpose for which the appropriation was made has been accomplished or abandoned or the appropriation stands for a full fiscal year without an expenditure or encumbrance.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
