An Act
appropriating monies to the Arizona department of agriculture.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Appropriation; Arizona department of agriculture; exemption A. The sum of $193,787.00 and one FTE position are appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2023-2024 to the Arizona department of agriculture to employ an employee with relevant qualifications and experience to investigate wolf depredation on livestock that is located in this state. B. The appropriation made in subsection A of this section is exempt from the provisions of section 35-190, Arizona Revised Statutes, relating to lapsing of appropriations.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
