(TEXT OF BILL BEGINS ON NEXT PAGE) Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Appropriation; department of economic security; older individuals who are blind program; intent A. In addition to any other appropriation made in fiscal year 2023-2024, the sum of $1,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2023-2024 to the department of economic security for the older individuals who are blind program. B. The legislature intends that the additional appropriation made in subsection A of this section be considered ongoing funding in future years. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Appropriation; department of economic security; older individuals who are blind program; intent A.
