An Act

 

amending title 5, chapter 11, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 5-1322; relating to event wagering.

 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Title 5, chapter 11, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 5-1322, to read: START_STATUTE5-1322. Event wagering; advertising A. television advertising for any event wagering activity conducted pursuant to this chapter shall contain a responsible gaming message and the statewide toll-free helpline telephone number.  b. the responsible gaming message and statewide toll-free helpline telephone number shall meet the following requirements: 1. for high-definition video, the message shall be broadcast in letters that are equal to or greater than two percent of the vertical picture height. 2. For standard definition video, the message shall be broadcast in letters equal to or greater than four percent of the vertical picture height. END_STATUTE 

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Title 5, chapter 11, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 5-1322, to read:

START_STATUTE5-1322. Event wagering; advertising

A. television advertising for any event wagering activity conducted pursuant to this chapter shall contain a responsible gaming message and the statewide toll-free helpline telephone number. 

b. the responsible gaming message and statewide toll-free helpline telephone number shall meet the following requirements:

1. for high-definition video, the message shall be broadcast in letters that are equal to or greater than two percent of the vertical picture height.

2. For standard definition video, the message shall be broadcast in letters equal to or greater than four percent of the vertical picture height. END_STATUTE
