Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Appropriation; department of economic security; child care assistance The sum of $30,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2023-2024 to the department of economic security to provide child care assistance pursuant to section 46-803, Arizona Revised Statutes.
