An Act
appropriating monies to the department of transportation.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Appropriation; department of transportation; State Route 85 The sum of $6,500,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2023-2024 to the department of transportation to design and engineer improvements on State Route 85 between mile post 123 and Maricopa Road.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Appropriation; department of transportation; State Route 85
The sum of $6,500,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2023-2024 to the department of transportation to design and engineer improvements on State Route 85 between mile post 123 and Maricopa Road.
