An Act

 

appropriating monies to the victim compensation and assistance fund.

 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Appropriation; victim compensation and assistance fund  The sum of $5,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2023-2024 to the victim compensation and assistance fund established by section 41-2407, Arizona Revised Statutes, and is appropriated from the victim compensation and assistance fund to the Arizona criminal justice commission. 

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Appropriation; victim compensation and assistance fund 

The sum of $5,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2023-2024 to the victim compensation and assistance fund established by section 41-2407, Arizona Revised Statutes, and is appropriated from the victim compensation and assistance fund to the Arizona criminal justice commission.
