the transportation, possession, carrying, sale, transfer, purchase, acquisition, gift, devise, storage,
licensing, registration, discharge or use of firearms or ammunition or any firearm or ammunition
components or related accessories. A political subdivision is also prohibited from requiring the
licensing or registration of firearms and ammunition or any firearm and ammunition components
and related accessories or prohibiting the ownership, purchase, sale or transfer of firearms and
ammunition or any firearm and ammunition components, or related accessories (A.R.S.
§ 13-3108).
