Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Repeal Sections 32-1407 and 32-1806, Arizona Revised Statutes, are repealed. Sec. 2. Repeal Title 32, chapter 29, Arizona Revised Statutes, is repealed. Sec. 3. Repeal Section 41-3028.14, Arizona Revised Statutes, is repealed. Sec. 4. Conforming legislation The legislative council staff shall prepare proposed legislation conforming the Arizona Revised Statutes to the provisions of this act for consideration in the fifty-seventh legislature, first regular session.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Repeal
Sections 32-1407 and 32-1806, Arizona Revised Statutes, are repealed.
Sec. 2. Repeal
Title 32, chapter 29, Arizona Revised Statutes, is repealed.
Sec. 3. Repeal
Section 41-3028.14, Arizona Revised Statutes, is repealed.
Sec. 4. Conforming legislation
The legislative council staff shall prepare proposed legislation conforming the Arizona Revised Statutes to the provisions of this act for consideration in the fifty-seventh legislature, first regular session.
