amending title 39, chapter 1, article 2, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 39-130; relating to public records.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Title 39, chapter 1, article 2, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 39-130, to read: START_STATUTE39-130. Cast vote record; public record; definition A. NOTWITHSTANDING any other law, for every election held in this state and after completion of the official canvass, the cast vote record for that election is a public record. B. For the purposes of this section, "cast vote record" means an ELECTRONIC recOrD of the voters' selections as captured by a tabulation device from a ballot or ballot image that canNot be linked to A SPECIFIC VOTER.
