An Act
amending title 45, chapter 2, article 9, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 45-581; relating to groundwater management.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Title 45, chapter 2, article 9, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 45-581, to read: START_STATUTE45-581. Hydrology report; legislative review thirty days before issuing a report on the HYDROLOGIC CONDITIONS of an Active MANAGEMENT area or any RELATED report issued PURSUANT to this chapter, the governor and the director shall SUBMIT a copy of the report to the members of the natural resources, energy and water committees of the house of representatives and the senate, or their successor committees.END_STATUTE
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
