Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Appropriation; Arizona department of housing; down payment or mortgage interest rate assistance The sum of $5,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2024-2025 to the Arizona department of housing to distribute to homebuyers in the form of down payment or mortgage interest rate assistance.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Appropriation; Arizona department of housing; down payment or mortgage interest rate assistance
The sum of $5,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2024-2025 to the Arizona department of housing to distribute to homebuyers in the form of down payment or mortgage interest rate assistance.
