6869 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Title 25, chapter 4, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 25-418, to read: START_STATUTE25-418. Family reunification treatment; prohibited conditions; definition A. Notwithstanding any other law, unless both parents consent, a court may not order family reunification treatment that, as a condition of enrollment or participation, requires any of the following: 1. A no-contact order with the aligned parent. 2. An overnight, out-of-state or multiday stay. 3. A transfer of physical or legal custody of the child. 4. The use of private youth transporters or private transportation agents engaged in the use of force, threat or force, physical obstruction or circumstances that place the safety of the child at risk. 5. The use of threats of physical force, undue coercion, verbal abuse or isolation from the child's family, community or other sources of support. B. For the purposes of this section, "family reunification treatment" means a treatment, therapy, program, service or camp that is aimed at reuniting or reestablishing a relationship between a child and an estranged or rejected parent.
